Drake Hayes Band
So last night I had the privilege to have some fun with a local country band that I absolutely love! The Drake Hayes Band!
Last night they kicked off their set at the Texas Cafe, aka "The Spoon" with a perfect mix of their original music, blended with some awesome 90s country and even some more current stuff. Drake and the guys keep the crowded enthralled and up and dancing as their voices croon, fingers strum and sticks drum.
Several of the original songs Drake co-wrote with local singer-songwriter Matt Morgan and Drake was definitely not shy in sharing the spotlight credit with his buddy. He even had some sweet songs dedicated to his mama and one of his biggest fans!
If you aren't a fan of Drake's yet you should definitely check out his music, his album "Life" is available on iTunes and it will have you hooked and dancing in your seat!
